The board
9 columns: 2 past days (crosshatched) · today (amber top bar, wider) · 6 days forward fading slightly.
EXPIRINGUnfinished cards in the oldest column get a dashed amber outline — their last day before dropping to the Expired bucket.
Adding tasks
click empty spaceClick below the last task in any column — a draft card appears. Type and press Enter.
/Voice add — say the task and day ("vacuum basement tomorrow"). English only.
phoneThe quick-add page sends tasks from your phone straight onto today's column.
Categories are inferred from keywords automatically ("mow lawn" → garden, "groceries" → errands).
Task interactions
click cardToggle done. Done tasks sink to the bottom with a crosshatch and "done" stamp.
double-clickRename inline — no popup.
right-clickContext menu: rename, duplicate, change category, assign to a family member, delete.
dragDrag cards between columns to reschedule. Drag within a column to reorder priority.

Good to know
undoCompleting, moving, or deleting a task shows an undo button for 10 seconds.
●Green dot on a card = you've done this exact task on 2+ days; HomeFlow treats it as recurring.
autoRecurring tasks are auto-added to the next matching weekday, tagged "auto" so you know they weren't added by hand.
backup dotTop-right dot: green = backed up · amber pulse = not set up · red = broken, click to reconnect. Data always stays safe locally.
historyDone tasks that scroll off the board are archived for 6 months — Settings → History to browse, search, restore, or export them.
Buckets
ExpiredUnfinished tasks that scrolled off the board land here. Drag them up into any day column to reschedule.
MaybeOpen-ended ideas captured freely. Not scheduled, no pressure.
bulkClick bucket cards to select several — an action bar appears: schedule all today, swap bucket, or delete. Esc clears.
Sidebar filters
Click any category pill on the left to dim everything else across all 9 columns. Click "all" to reset.
